COOK
PART-TIME
Starting at: $12.00-$16.00/hour
Compensation is dependent upon experience and applicable certifications.
Responsibilities
-
Properly prep, label, and date food items
-
Communicates with other cooks in a timely manner
-
Details kitchen equipment daily
-
Assists with: Grill, fryer, pizza oven, and prep station
-
Clear understanding of menu recipes
-
Keeping the walk-in and kitchen clean and organized
Requirements
-
Ability to multi-task
-
Understanding of beverage and Food Handling policies and procedures and have a current TABC/Food Handlers license
-
Previous kitchen experience is a plus

SERVER
PART-TIME
Set rate of $6.00/hour + tips
Responsibilities
-
Presenting the menu and helping the customer select food and beverage
-
Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
-
Delivering a great customer experience
-
Keeping the work area clean and organized
-
Learning the food and beverage menus
-
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
Requirements
-
Understanding of beverage and Food Handling policies and procedures and have a current TABC/Food Handlers license
Basic liquor, beer, and bar terminology knowledge -
Ability to multitask efficiently

Must be at least 18 years of age and able to work weekends
-
Previous experience preferred

BARTENDER
PART-TIME
Set rate of $6.00/hour + tips
Responsibilites

Presenting the menu and helping the customer select food and beverages

Preparing beverages in a timely manner

Delivering a great customer experience

Keeping the work area clean and organized

Learning the food and beverage menus
-
Ability to listen and communicate effectively with guests and co-workers
Requirements

Understanding of beverage and Food Handling policies and procedures and have a current TABC/Food Handlers license

Ability to multitask efficiently

PIN CHASER
PART-TIME
Starting at $10.00-$12.00/hour + tips
Responsibilities

Willing to learn basic bowling machine calls

Know importance of tool organization and basic mechanical safety

Be able to communicate safety needs to floor attendants
-
Weekend availability, does not mean will always be scheduled
-
Communicates with other mechanics and floor staff in a timely manner
Requirements
-
Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to multi-task

Understanding of basic safety procedures of beverage and Food Handling policies and procedures and have a current TABC/Food Handlers license
-
Mechanical experience is a plus, but not necessary

FLOOR ATTENDANT
Game Room Attendant, Bowling Attendant, Café Attendant, Party Host
PART-TIMEStarting at $9.00-$9.50/hour
Responsibilities
-
Ability to assist and interact with guests
-
Actively checking on tables and guests
-
Help deliver food to guests in a timely manner
-
Providing information and answers to guests’ questions
-
Maintaining a clean environment
-
Support all departments
-
Learning the specials and general information of the business to assist guests
Requirements
-
Must be at least 16 years of age
-
Must have the ability to handle job stress
-
Interact effectively with others, including guests and co-workers
-
The work environment includes flashing and flickering lights and loud noises.

Must have a current TX Food Handler Certificate

MECHANIC
PART-TIME
$12+/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities
-
Willing to learn bowling machine mechanics and diagnostics
-
Replace and adjust simple mechanicals parts
-
Know importance of tool organization and basic mechanical safety
-
Follow weekly and monthly maintenance scheduling
-
Weekend availability, does not mean will always be scheduled
-
Communicates with other mechanics and floor staff in a timely manner
-
Possible but not limited to building maintenance
-
Sheetrock, Drywall, Plumbing, Electrical, Painting

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to multi-task

Understanding of basic safety procedures

Mechanical experience is a plus, but not necessary
